The product seems to be well made. I want to complain about the difficulty I had getting the items replaced b/c they were delivered in pouring down rain, drenching the boxes that I had planned on not opening till Spring! Finally got the replacement but was not an easy task and, hence, was a terrible experience!

This umbrella is very large and we love the tilting function, as we can adjust the umbrella as the sun's location dictates. It moves quite a bit in the NM desert wind, but due to its size, not sure there are any other options. The umbrella is of high quality, and the mechanics are sturdy. My only beef is that the instructions are confusing, and you just have to use your ingenuity to complete the set-up.
