Base de parasol autoportante en résine Shimira

Base is described as 10.2"x10.2". Base that I received is 17x17 is will not fit where I need it. I can return it, but have to $10 in shipping. I should not have to pay for an incorrect item.

Fantastic base! I don't use it with a table just free standing and it has held up no problem for 2 seasons. I use water and empty it at the end of the season.
