Beautiful wind chime. It’s actually larger than I imagined. Works perfectly for my deck decoration.

This is the condition of the box when it arrived. The wind chime was broken and bent. Two of the dangling bells had detached and the beads were snapped in half. The metal was bent beyond straightening. Absolutely no care was taken in shipping. This could have been lovely and cheerful but it is not. Instead it is trash and that’s exactly where it went. I have literally ordered thousands of dollars in merchandise from Wayfare and this is inexcusable. It indicates to me that small orders have no value to them. Perhaps only high dollar spenders Sad. Yes. I’m disgusted.
