It seems that the product quality looks good, but now I need to know how to install/mount it.

This is a good roll of basic concertina / razor wire. It arrived very well packaged: the roll was wrapped tightly in heavy paper, then in heavy burlap, and then placed in a cardboard box. The barbs have sharp points (the edges are not really "razor" sharp though), and the barbs are very close together. No one is going to try grabbing or climbing over this stuff. It looks very aggressive, which is a good thing, as razor wire is an effective visual deterrent for trespassers. Be sure to wear heavy duty gloves when working with this stuff. It says it is made in China.
