I love it but one of the arms is bent. My husband noticed it when he was assembling it. I will be keeping it but I will be calling Customer Service.

Very comfortable! I have a lot of back pain, and this lounge allows for so many different positions, I think everyone would be able to find their perfect setting. I ordered 2 lounges, and both had some scratches on the right arm, but otherwise, they match the wrought iron table and chair set I also ordered from Wayfair, along with side tables also ordered from Wayfair. My deck is now completely gorgeous in my new home!
