This is a unique-looking rain gauge, and the beehive lights up beautifully at night. However, I agree with another reviewer that if water gets inside the beehive, it can short out the light. After a light rainfall, I’ve had to wiggle the top to get it working again. The top could definitely be sealed better to prevent this issue. 06/02/2026 Update: Well a simple move in the garden broke the solar panel and now it's hangin on it's side - the unit is very flimsy. A replacement would be appreciated.

Really cute! It hasn't rained yet, but I love the way it lights up at night. I have it over by a bee bird bath in my yard, and l am so happy!

I wanted a decorative rain gauge. The solar is perfect and wow! Does it glow all night. It’s perfect in my yard!

Was pleased with the size and really like how well the beehive glows and twinkles.
