So cute, good quality ,the only reason I gave it only 4 stars is because the screws that they gave me were too small and I had to buy new ones.

I ordered this on May 3rd, put it out on my deck Memorial Day weekend...3 weeks later it's completely warped I reached out to customer service through text and they were so rude, I was in shock. I was told it had been too long since I had received the item, they couldn't do anything about it (May6-June10!!) I asked for a supervisor name & number and I was only given a name I asked for the reps name and said she couldn't give her name(I never heard of such a thing. Her comments were unbelievably rude. I told her I'd be calling the next day a d she said" We'll be waiting for your call!" I could not believe it. So...no help with my defective item AND a completely rude customer rep. I'm completely disappointed in Wayfair!!
