Chaise Adirondack en bois massif Handley

Sadly this company missed the whole “Adirondack” feel. The beauty of an Adirondack chair is the slouchy, relaxed and reclining feel. THIS brand missed it totally. While the chair is beautiful and nicely constructed, it’s small and not the typical feel you want from an Adirondack chair. The seat area is too small in width and depth, and it sits too upright. I’m super sad. I so wanted to love these ( ordered two). I won’t be buying more as originally planned. It’s very disappointing because the wood quality and stain is beautiful. I’ve had plastic Adirondack chairs that were more roomy and comfortable. Edit: 10 months later I am even more disappointed in this chair! It has been outside for 10 months now and it’s not holding up well AT ALL. These chairs don’t even get sat in very much because people prefer the plastic ones that I have arranged with them. But already they are falling apart and the stain is fading. They aren’t sealed well at all because when birds “go” on them it won’t wipe off, it just gets absorbed! Also bits of wood are chipping off in various places and they are becoming wobbly and old looking- yet they are not even a year old and we live in a pretty warm climate where they don’t see rough winters. Bad bad bad chairs- don’t purchase!

These chairs are well made and sturdy. They are constructed from very attractive real wood. I put them together easily with only 10 screws in each chair. Assembly instructions were very clear and all predrilling was lined up well. Highly recommended.

These chairs are beautiful!! The smell of cedar is intoxicating!! Seat comes in 2 sections and arms!! The chair went together in less than 5 minutes with large bolts so no need of washers!! Very comfortable and ready for the porch!! Love them!!

This chair is comfortable and so cute in my small patio area. It is the kind of chair that you fall into and don't want to move out of. I bought two in a dark brown color. Color might change in the Florida sun, but only time will tell. Assembly only involves 10 screws. I used an Allen Wrench attachment on my drill, and it took about five minutes. I am so happy I got this.
