This product is unable to be used as it is missing a piece to attach the flower to the stem. It is not stable and should be able to be returned. I cannot state the problem as a picture is required and I cannot upload a photo. The explanation should be enough.

Beautiful yard art but flower balances flower instead of attaching to the stem. I thought this was a pinwheel but it's not. In fact I fear flower will fly in a wind causing damage or injury
