Don’t buy it. Poor quality and even worse customer service. The wheel doesn’t lock properly, and the same part has broken twice. The second time, I never received a response from customer support or the service team. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the price and expectations for the product.

When it gets hot and you try to wind it up and down, it doesn’t catch and sometimes it falls down. I’ve only used it three times and the bottom door doesn’t close in as it should when using it

We haven't assembled it yet, but it's very heavy. We'll have to see if we're happy with the product once it's put together.

This grill exceeded my expectations. It is heavy, very solid, and feels extremely well built compared to many other grills I have seen. The assembly process was surprisingly easy and the instructions were clear. Once assembled, it looks impressive and very professional. The adjustable grates and brasero design make it perfect for cooking with wood or charcoal, and it gives you great control over the heat. If you enjoy grilling or making traditional barbecue, this is an excellent setup. Overall, it’s a fantastic grill and I’m very happy with the purchase. It’s definitely a “wow” product and I highly recommend it.
