The delivery men were outstanding! Professional and courteous describes them the best. The gazebo is beautiful, well-made and exactly as described. Hired two local contractors and it took six hours to put it together. Which is not very long considering the parts and materials. All of which were included and perfect. I have been a satisfied customer of Wayfair since 2014. This another great purchase. I highly recommend buying this gazebo. You will love it, I know I do!

Love it but did have to re-stain after second year

The kit (5 large boxes) arrived within the promised time frame. The directions were easy to follow, and the couple spots that were slightly confusing, we were able to look ahead in the manual and figure it out. My father in law helped me, and it took about 8 hours to assemble. Had a son and daughter in law help lift the roof panels up. The hardware was well organized, and most items included 2 extra pieces. The concrete anchors that come with the kit were not as good as a Tapcon brand, and I broke a couple off before switching to my own anchors. The stain on the wood will most likely need to be redone come spring as its not a very high quality (its more of just on the surface, and not penetrating) finish. Everything was prefilled and it all fit together very nicely. Im very happy with the quality of this kit. I would buy it again.
