Very heavy duty as advertised. Easy to follow instructions. Packaged really good. All parts well coated. Heavy metal should hold up good.

Easy to assemble …and I am a 74 year old female! Took about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, it leaks or I should say sprays water all over. The leak is not where I connected the hose but from a part. Disappointed!!

Generally a nice hose reel, but the handle could be sturdier. I like it, though.

Easy to assemble as long as you have socket wrenches. Wish it came with a few extra nuts & bolts (of course I dropped a nut between the deck boards) but easy to assemble and works great.
