It is sturdy and the right proportion for the gate. I’m having the fence installed next week, but I had my installer check it out ahead of time to make sure everything was as it should be prior to the install. Looking forward to having this nice looking fence with a gate for my new puppy!

Works Great !!!! Using it on a deck railing gate. Keeps people from going down the stairs. Looks good too.
