Chair came with one leg shorter then other. Horrible customer service from Emily -- who after I got phone confirmation that Wayfair approved the return, was still charged $57.99 for the shipping of a defective item. When I tried to get the refund for the shipping, Emily would not help, refused to have a manager call me and was very difficult to deal with. The worst Wayfair experience I've ever had and have been a longtime customer. It's ridiculous that they treat customers this way. Buyer beware!!
