Foyer d'extérieur en béton Big Horn

Après près de 4 mois, des fissures ont commencées a apparaître. Je ne crois pas que c’est acceptable pour le prix et la qualité espérée du produit.

Wish I was able to enjoy this and say all is worth every penny like the other buyers. That is not the case. The manufacturer/ seller mixed and matched the upper pieces from two models. On the upper deck they gave me the lower piece from the another model which is the model in the first photo below. The result is disastrous and a safety hazard. the upper white part does not fit flush with the lower gray part and the product is a dangerous wobbly item as depicted in the second photo. it does not have the solid base to rest on. The seller / manufacturer offered me 20% off to keep this dangerous piece which leans forward and is ready to collapse and refused to do anything else. I asked them to replace the parts and they ignored me. Luckily Wayfair stepped in and offered a full item replacement at no cost to me. I am still waiting for the item and will update the review then. The only reason I am giving this two stars and not zero stars is because Wayfair offered a solution.

So beautiful and worth every Penney. It takes a long time for delivery but if you call wayfair they will fix the delay. It will take two mens to placed together. Adds value to you home. The price is the cheapest in the market, including the manufactured. Careful with the delivery. This item weight is no joke.

Love this piece in my yard. It’s absolutely beautiful.

Item arrived in great condition but parts were missing. There were no assembly instructions and the bag of mortar was missing. I have been going back and forth for 3 days now via email trying to get this resolved!
