gettinng the replacement parts for the frame that did not ship has been a nightmare.

Cushion Color:Canvas White Sunbrella® Canvas
I ordered two of these couches and did not receive the slats that go on the end for either couch (see photo). That being said, we love the couches, the cushions are very comfortable and with 5 kids and 3 dogs, I am very excited about the stain resistant covers! Although I did not get exactly what I ordered, I am happy with the purchase!
