The product is excellent overall, though I'd be remiss to not include a few constructive criticisms: 1) The listing is misleading and does not make clear that the roller shades are NOT included and must be purchased separately. The cost of which essentially doubles the overall cost. 2) The installation instructions do not emphasize the importance of making sure the structural frame is installed straight, level, plumb, and that the distances between the vertical members is exact from top to bottom. Failure to have the structure essentially perfect WILL result in the roller shades being inoperable.

The shade was installed by our contractor in May 2023. We used the shade about three or four times on windy days. The last time we pulled it down, the screen popped out on one side from the rail and not sure how to fix it. It is a pretty expensive windscreen to only work four times... I cannot find any phone number to call. Very sad. Huge waste of money.

Delivered on time, easy installation. Great addition to our new pergola.

The Starry 10' square pergola is fabulous but the wind resistant sun shade privacy screen made for this size and company doesn't fit by 3" height and 2" width. So sad. Waited 5 months. Really need a shade on one side. Misled.
