This an a great piece of outdoor furniture. It is huge 9*12 feet. The fabric is huge and also came with 4 extension to make it 12feet wide. The price is also affordable for the price. I was happy I didn’t have to purchase a base, because it fit into my old base perfectly. Recommended it.

It is a good quality. However, the rectangular shape makes it hard to close without it hitting furniture. It is also very top-heavy, even with a base filled with water.
