C'mon. This thing has issues. Bolt holes don't line up. Wicker pulling away from top. Top won't open properly because it hits the arm. Cushion being bleached out by sun in less than a month. And weird, tiny bugs crawling all over the cushion. I contacted Wayfair for a resolution (looking only for a partial refund since it's mostly for storage) and it's been a fruitless venture. The last email I got was from a Customer Relations Manager named Zach, over a month ago now. This is what he asked: "Because you have reported an infestation with the Storage Bench, we require you to provide us with the following documentation of the incidence. We need images of the Storage Bench, clearly showing the infestation. We also require a written and signed statement from a licensed exterminator on the company’s letterhead regarding the source of the infestation. Please send these to me at your earliest convenience. Once I have the required documentation from you, I will forward it to our internal teams for their review." I replied letting him know I will not be spending more money related to this piece by contacting an exterminator and was mostly concerned with the manufacturing defects. Twice I have reached out to him with no reply. I'm less disappointed in the low quality item and more so in Wayfair's abysmal customer service skills. So, I'd move on from this item and possibly seller.

Not what we expected, very cheaply made, the storage inside is a cheap bag, definitely not impressed at all.

the screws and holes did not line up at all. a shame - it’s quite handsome!

The screw holes did not line up and it was very frustrating to build. The hassle is not worth the price.
