1st year of having this Grill the 2 lenses of the inside lights cracked The rotisserie Pilot light assembly Rusted out. Try contacting the company for the last 4 months For replacement items they are located in Canada. They inform me to send them emails regarding replacement parts send them 10 emails still haven't heard from them Very hard to get in contact with Representatives. Haven't been able to use the grill summer time is here and Not able to use this grill. Very hard to find parts for this grill on line have no choice than to contact Broil chef Which Isn't any help.

It is a good looking heavy duty grill and though it is still working well, the features which were the reason to choose this grill, have quality issues: - the stainless steel grids blackens after 5-6 times use and I can’t find anything to make it shiny again. - the lights fall apart after one year! The internal lights glass cover is broken by heat, and bulbs are burned and almost mission impossible to replace. The blue knob lights started to go off intermittently. - the thermometer stopped working after 1 year while the grill is always covered when not being used.

This grill came with a huge dent. Lookimg to send it back.

I was hesitant with purchasing a high price grill but this thing is very well constructed! The stainless is twice as thick as most grills, very high quality.
