If I could give less than a one star review I would. My installers gave up after spending 4+ hours trying to assemble one chair. The parts were not labeled, the diagrams are not visually marked well, the holes did not line up, the instructions were poor and the spaces were so tight, they were difficult to assemble. The bottom cushion was firm...the back cushion filler came separate from the cover...the only way to describe this cushion was that it was super low quality. It took another 1 1/2 hours to take apart to send back to Wayfair. I definitely would not recommend this product!

I like the chairs, but I don’t like the material of the cushions, they aren’t soft to the touch like I would like to have, so I will have to find some cushion covers that suit my style.
