Good quality, came quickly

Pool wall collasped, problem, maybe due to the shipping the box was tore in half and looks like it was folded, but for some reason, one of those tubes is leaking air it’s collapsing on one side so other water put is just running out. It’s all collapsed and of course, the customer service I tried asking for help they want me to send a picture and the boxing and the pool and I won’t let me send it so customer service sucks like the pool leaks out.

Not good! came really late and shipment simultaneously said backordered AND arriving that day. Then after pumping it up, inside and carefully, plus putting it on a nice plastic sheeting underneath, we fill it up and 4 hours later… leak!!l No other excuse than it is just a lemon, the people at wayfair were all quite nice during the time it had gone missing so I’m hoping they can make it right. Nothing we did would have made a leak. Faulty.

You have sent 3 of these; none of which has the air pump to inflate the pool. If you are unable to ship the pump advertised, I believe you stated it would inflate the pool in 5 minutes, please issue a refund.

That’s perfectly with small backyard my kids so enjoy on him summer times
