The statue sent looks nothing like the elegant statue pictured! A great customer service agent thought this might be a mistake so sent a replacement and I received an item very similar to the first, a blob of a face, no definition, sadly nothing like what is pictured for purchase. Apparently I can't buy the item pictured because you are tricked into another item. I got half of my money returned on a statue I don't want. I have had good experiences with Wayfair but this was an overt rip off of my money! $460, RIDICULOUS and a complete INSULT! Even with the refund $230 was WAY OVERPRICED!! The photos included are of the 1st one I received which had a lopsided face and an indentation on the right side of the face. And the "replacement" which has a thick snout, no definition as the 1st, and is just a blob, no elegance. If you are looking for "artisan" designed piece for $429, this is your guy!

I ordered this statue three times. All three times the shipping box was NOT marked “fragile” and all three times the statue was broken (in a different place). Upon receiving the first broken statue, I emailed the vendor to please mark their boxes “Fragile.” No reply from them. No “fragile” markings on the boxes
