Love my new turtle friend! Just exactly what I have been looking for and looks right at home out in my garden!

Turtle was not the color ordered. Weighs too much to return.

It looks great, first was wrong statue. But they let me keep it. Second was correct statue but broken, they let me keep it. Third time was the charm correct statue and in tact. We happily have a hurdle of turtles.

This turtle arrived broken twice, and in the wrong color (with a scratch) once. Wayfair seemed to be sending me already broken turtle as replacements, from their returns warehouse, with broken legs and tails bagged up and very obviously another customer had already received, opened, and returned these items. When I requested a refund after they failed three times to provide the item ordered in good condition as described, they refused to provide a refund and tried to get me to speak to the manufacturer (who are not a party to our sales contract). This contravenes local law, Under Alberta Retail Sales Act sections 10, 13, and 14, I am entitled to receive goods in good condition and as described.
