Transporteur de vin

I received the wrong item. I ordered a wine carrier, but I received a tissue box holder instead. Wayfair isn’t doing anything to replace the item even though my card has already been charged three weeks ago. I have spoken to two Wayfair representatives and still this mistake hasn’t been resolved. II am receiving false information and lies as far as I know. I have now missed the person Birthday that I had bought this wine carrier for. I am very upset at this point! I would give zero stars if I wasn’t FORCED to give at least one star! Wayfair, send me what I paid for or give me my money back!!! UPDATE! Now my replacement order shows that I will receive my order between Dec. 7 and December 11th!! That will make SIX WEEKS since I placed my original order! Unbelievable!

Well made and has a rustic appearance, as I anticipated. It's a lovely size and I'm sure could be used for many purposes besides wine presentation. I use mine on a side-table by the front door to hold extra 'masks' (this time of Covid has posed so many unforeseen challenges!) so that they are handy but not lying around. Note that the box may have an odour from the wood or stain. I left it open to air for a couple of days with a moisture-absorbing packet in it and all smell was removed!
