Love this barbecue, easy to assemble, cooks evenly, highly recommend

This is my first order, I have had a problem with it. The grill out of the box was damaged the extent of the damage was not realized until the grill was assembled. There a hole in the back. The tray for the charcoal doesn’t connect to the handle. There are several dents in the frame. I suggest inspecting everything before, assembly. Timothy

FINALLY! WE ordered a grill and the first one was damaged. The second one got "lost" in transport??? how do you lose something that big? But finally one arrived in perfect condition and my husband is happy with it. FYI Wayfair was great to work with. After just a short period of getting the run around, say it was up to Charbroil to repair or replace it, they finally ordered a replacement. Actually 2 of them LOL

We were really excited about having a new barbecue. So I ordered one for my husband for Father’s Day. I paid for the assembly. When the gentleman opened the box, the tray on the bottom was bent. And then the grills both of them were broken. I have enclosed the copy of the pictures. I would like to be reimbursed for this.

Not Happy! We were excited to assemble the grill only to find out that it is banged up and rusted in many parts. You can see just a few of the MANY defects in the pictures Looks like we received someone elses return. Very dissapointed with this purchase. We will be contacting customer service.
