The grill worked great but I am disappointed at the quality of the steel… after only one use the cooking grates and charcoal pan turned a rusty color and I only cleaned it with water and dawn…if it weren’t for that I would’ve given this grill a higher rating…..

Horrible product, don’t buy this rust bucket. After the first use I cleaned real good and when I went to use the second time, the grill grids were super rusted! I couldn’t believe it. Had to clean again to be able to use, but guess what? Third time was the same. It is absolutely horrible to see this getting rusted from the very first time.

Drawer bent. Delivery and assembly services were horrible.

So nice and big. My boyfriend absolutely loves it! Has storage for charcoal and everything

A really decent grill despite the mild issues we had. My husband put it up in about 1.5 - 2 hours. Unfortunately, there were missing pieces (handles) and the hood had a dent. There wasn't a serial number on the grill as stated it should have. I called customer service gave them what they needed and they sent me the missing pieces and replacement part. Overall I'm pleased.
