Bought for ribs but so far used on two boneless rib roasts. They where cooked to perfection.

The rack elevates your meat and the flavors seriously penetrate deeper! I feel like this helps achieve a nice crust also! So versitile I used it in my oven and on my grill for ribs, roasts, and whole chickens!! Grilling and Roasting will never be the same thanks to this rack! I really recommend this product to anyone from a beginner to an advanced chef!!
