Excellent produit

The self-ignition feature has never worked since the item was delivered. You may wonder why I still kept it — the reason is that returning it is difficult because there is no nearby Wayfair drop-off location in my area. I have been using a regular lighter, such as a Bic lighter, to ignite it manually.

I am very disappointed in Wayfair. I consider myself to be a loyal customer and have always found Wayfair to be extremely fair and professional. However on this recent order, 2 days before receipt of my Charbroil unit Wayfair lowered the price from $848 to $759. When I check FAQ's I noted that Wayfair does not price protect, which I can understand if we are talking about 30 or 60 days after purchase. But Wayfair lowered the price before my delivery. That is just bad customer relationship. I am very disappointed.

One of my most favorite stoves. Very good built. Long lasting. Strong and very useful burners.

We really love our burner. It’s very nice and sturdy and works great.
