I HAVE SPEND2 HOURS TRYING TO GET A MISSING KNOB 1 OF 4.. THEY WANT ME TO CALL MANUFACTURER WHO HAD ME HOLD FO LONG LONG TIME. 2 weeks later I received the knob, thank you.
