We hae had these grills before and they are the best. If you have never had one you will not be disappointed.. Where we relocated made it difficult to find one. It was awesome to see Wayfair had them, shipping was super fast.

CharBroil is standing behind their product. A part was missing and igniter was malfunctioning. THe lid of the BBQ was damaged at some point, but they are working on sending out parts and possibly to replace the BBQ lid

beautiful grill. we love the Red LED lights on the knobs. it did arrive with a couple of defects, but I was offered a 20% refund and we thought that that was reasonable and fair.
