Updated Review I obviously wanted this item because I re-ordered not realizing it was the exact same one audit previously. This time my order was much more successful, I received the item put it together by myself and then my daughter and I installed it outside. I had purchased metal rods to make sure it was secure, but they are not necessary. I did not use them. This product is solid and secure in the ground. I really do like it. I did buy a can of rust prevention spray and sprayed it once installed. I probably will do that once a year but for the money, it is right on point. I can’t wait until it is covered with some type of greenery. Original review. I received an order someone has obviously received in returned. Not only was part of the hardware missing, but someone replaced the missing hardware with different hardware. Not matching the assembly sheet and then Wayfair wanted me to take pictures and verify what I received and did not receive. Nope, returning item completely. I don’t mind receiving an item someone else return, but please make sure all the parts are there and they are not damaged. I actually had to have someone come over to do the installation. This installation could not be done. I had to pay them a fee for showing up. This sucks. Taking a photo to verify what’s missing is acceptable if it was a mistake, perhaps a package of hardware missed the box. It’s not a mistake that you stuck in some hardware that is not applicable to this product. Please note I did not untape the actual arbor itself, it would’ve been too difficult to get it back in the box if it was not all there.
