Had a challange... Wayfair customer service has late hours of operation (VERY NICE). Customer Service Rep was 1st class... I love the sectional and I think I am now a Wayfair fan!!!! :-)

Updated review These cushions are definitely intended to only last one season at most. We’ve had this set for 4 months and it’s barely been used, but the cushions are already permanently smooshed by light use (and no, we aren’t fat). The wicker seats themselves are still in great shape. Although we plan to replace the cushions ASAP, we are hopeful that the bones of this set will last a really long time. Original review Bought this for our rooftop deck in Colorado. This looks really good, and each of the seats are separate which allows for a lot of different seating configurations. Easy to put together but did take some time. Had to buy sticky Velcro (and it isn’t working) to adhere the cushions on the seats concerned we may lose some cushions if we don’t get to them in time during windy weather. My only complaint is that this set up did not come with a way to secure the cushions.

Great sectional. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because the clamps at the bottom to hold them together are almost near impossible to put on, you have to put major strength into it. Overall though a wonderful set.
