This is a great product. We have used it for a few years and it is still as good as new. Buyer needs to make sure the size is right. For us it was perfect.

They’re a little difficult to install, and you definitely need specialty tools if you are going to anchor in cement. But they hold up very well!

Missed the mark BIG time! Extremely difficult to latch. Quite frankly, I've been unable to use it because it will not latch probably or at all most of time. I also had to pay additional money to have it installed. That picture took 45 Mi tires and three people to try to latch it and it's still not latched probably.
