I have enjoyed this exact windchime before and bought another one. I am giving it only 3 stars because mine shipped with no counterbalance to the head so it’s not working. I had to work with customer service to get a part to fix it which will take over two weeks to get.

I love the bamboo windchimes. Exactly what I was expecting. The packing of the chimes was not stellar. I had received notice each windchime would be shipped separately. When the box arrived both windchimes were packed into the box. While removing the chimes, I found them tangled and while untangling them had to be extremely careful so not to break any part of the chime. There was only a couple of pieces of paper in the box for protection. These windchimes should have been shipped separately or placed into a bigger box with much more protection. Thank you for the opportunity to purchase these windchimes. Need to take a look at packing of items.

Super cool and funky! I keep it inside though, because we have such strong winds and I don't want the paint to fade or it to get ruined in any way.
