They really open up space in our tent. We bought a few different styles. This one and other brand are my favorites. This Coleman is wide and seems more comfortable than a traditional cot as your arms don't hit the edge. I'm female and average size. My husband also has one and liked it. We have only used it on one trip so far. 4 stars because initially cot had a small hole in the fabric (out of the box) where you lay on. Wayfair made this easy with an online chat and a follow up call. A replacement was sent within a reasonable time frame without them having to receive the return. My experience with Coleman as a company dealing with returns and defective products has been positive. We will have to see how they wear over time but so far we love them! Just could have used some organizer pocket like other brand hand then this one would have stood out strong over the other.
