Recently utilized this nifty tool on a camping expedition, opting out of hauling a bulky tripod with foldable legs. It proved highly effective. I simply gathered three lengthy green branches, carved them to the appropriate size, and arranged them with the apex positioned roughly 3.5 feet above a modest campfire. This makeshift setup served as a perfect hanging spot for my cooking pot, allowing me to prepare a hearty stew. When finished, everything neatly tucked back into the pouch, and we left the branches behind. Now, I store it snugly within my cooking pot kit for convenient storage. Remarkably lightweight and compact, it's an excellent investment for hikers and campers alike.

I bought it for my grandson who is 12 teaching the survival get lost anything happens we go out in the woods she seem how to look at the stars what to follow what to listen for. He carries it in a bag I got for him survivor backpack all you have to do is go out and find a couple of sticks that are perfect that will fit it you start cooking

I’m into bushcraft and wild camping. I took my adult sons out on a multi day wild camping trip. It rained the whole time, and we didn’t bring a propane stove. We cooked over the fire with the tripod and a cast iron pot. Chili one night and stew the next.The tripod worked great! Important to use live green limbs of appropriate strength and shave the ends down to fit the tripod. Also get those legs dug in a bit so they can’t slide out under load.Being able to prep a pot and just let it hang and cook was great. Gave us extra time to visit as the meal simmered away.It’s a great addition to my pack. Also I really like the leather pouch it comes with.A winner product!

I cannot wait to see this up in my front yard! I plan to hang a large cast iron dutch oven from it and plant flowers in it. If I had a nice big cauldron I would totally use that, but the robins egg blue dutch oven will be pretty I just need some strong sticks to hold it up. The device seems easy to use and super smart! I'll post pictures once I have it all set up.

Seems self explanatory but I needed a little trial and error to get it right. It’s not very big so the sticks need to be a little slimmer than a broom handle. You’ll have to find branches or sticks of that width (any smaller would prob be kindling) so something to think about.
