This is an ok sunshade. It arrived quickly. But even when I have it flat on the ground, it just doesn’t seem like it is even, like one side is a bit shorter than the other and so the middle bunches up a bit when it is hung. It came with hardware but for some reason only 2 caribeaners I would expect 4 for each corner.

My newly built greenhouse was getting pretty warm now that summer is here! I ordered the sun sail in gray 10x16 to install over the greenhouse roof so it would cool down in there. I’m happy to report that it’s working out well! The temperature is now about 25° cooler than without the sun sail. It was very easy to install and very well made! 5 stars for this product!!

This sail shade is really nice and seems well made and sturdy. However, it didn't come with the hardware kit it claimed to include AND there were little pieces of colored plastic all over it. It was pretty weird and they weren't easy to get off. I was bummed to have to reach out and ask for the hardware to be sent separately, but Wayfair chat support was great and did arrange to have it sent. But then I got a notification saying there were no more hardware bags in stock so they cancelled the order and I had to buy my own to hang it. It looks great installed and filters the sun while still making the patio look bright and cheery. I would give the product itself 5 stars, but I can really only rate the shade and not the hardware it was supposed to come with since it was missing.

We placed the order for this shade sail on January 8 and received it on January 15 so not much of a wait at all. It's made well and has heavy duty rings for hanging it. We ordered the 13 ft by 24 ft in white to create a partially shaded area of our outdoor goose enclosure. It's nicely made with a good quality somewhat heavy material. It's easy to work with and to hang. Would recommend!

Great shade sail! The item came very fast, and everything was included for the installation. It took me (1 person) about fifteen minutes to attach the four mounting brackets and then attach the sail. The color was perfect for my needs and was true to the color on the product page.
