We purchased this gazebo with every intention that it would have all the parts necessary to construct it, that they would all fit together correctly, & that nothing would be misaligned. Unfortunately that NEVER happened. While putting it together, we began with the BASE. Hmm...parts did not fit, holes were misaligned etc, etc. We contacted Wayfair customer service this FIRST DAY of construction, they said "new parts would be sent in a few days". Meanwhile, back at the construction site, husband started putting together the roof structure...oh no!...the poles don't fit in the holes at each of the 4 corners! All came to a screeching HALT, as nothing else could be done! On DAY 2 of construction, we received an email stating that the parts that were supposed to be sent ASAP for the base, were now "DELAYED". Called Wayfair AGAIN, explained the NEW issues with roof structure and requested a refund. Unfortunately we WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. **However, we want to state that EVERY PERSON we spoke to at Wayfair Customer Service was courteous, helpful and supportive, every time we called, (which was quite a few times).

Absolutely what I was looking for!

There is a manufacturer issue with this item. The holes in the main post are drilled on the wrong side. I called to explain this and Wayfair was great and sent me another one for no charge. But I do have to return the original witch is a bit of a pain because it's a 90 lb box. But unfortunately we had the same problem with the second one. I ended up drilling new holes into it because I didn't want to go through the return process again. It works. But it was a major headache.
