Grrrrr Wayfair! This was ordered in 'good faith' as an "Open Box" purchase, trusting that the Wayfair Quality Control Team would provide due diligence to ensure this Bistro Set was fit for use. How they (Wayfair QC Team) could even allow this item to be re-boxed as a legitimately-usable item indicates the lack of training on their part, or - at the very least - reveals an incredible display of unconcern and dismissive attitude to the next customer willing to purchase a 'used' or unwanted item that is obviously a safety issue. This uncaring stance is becoming more and more evident in my recent purchases from Wayfair and is beginning to sway my decision to purchase items elsewhere in the future.
