This is a beautiful BBQ unit! It was the first item we bought to fit and build our entire outdoor kitchen around. It took us 5 months to finish our outdoor kitchen but we needed this first for the dimensions. We excitedly plugged it in 2 days before a party to show off all the work we had done, and to our great disappointment, no working lights and no flattop griddle as indicated! We have now spent a month with emails back and forth to the manufacturer because when I get them on the phone they hang up on me! We don’t have a griddle and have tried everything to get the lights to light! They asked if the igniter works but that had nothing to do with the electrical power. still don’t, but I’m so disappointed in the backend service.
