Have had the gazebo for 2 years now, and its great. We have a backyard that gets full sun, and it really cools our deck. We added a ceiling fan, which makes it even cooler. It has held together very well, even had a tornado close to my home, and the only thing we had to do was tighten up a few bolts. I would highly recommend it.

While the instructions are not the greatest, we got this put together pretty quickly and only had to “reassemble” a couple of times because the instructions weren’t clear. It’s a very solid structure and looks great. We look forward to enjoying this for years to come.

My 15 Ft W X 13 Ft. Solid Wood Patio Gazebo arrived last night in a total of five heavy boxes. My Regular FedEx driver dropped them off and placed them in my backyard behind my large dual-opening gates. At age 77, I'm sure if I were 20 years younger, I would have no problem assembling this structure, but instead, I have a handyman in his 40s who will put the unit together along with a Gal Pal. First, you will need two strong, tall Ladders, at least one or more Power screwdrivers, 4-6 sawhorses, 6-8 bags of quick-setting concrete for the footers, and a couple of footer tubes that you can cut down. You will need several long levels, A long measuring tape. Having a folding table to lay your directions, screws, bolts, tools on would be very helpful. If possible, get your best friend or wife because this is more than a one-person Assembly. We are currently on day five with the top panels attached, but the 3 ridge sections are not lining up with the ridges in the roof metal. The Lettering for the wood sections is marked on the side of the wood. If you are tired, then stop until you are fully rested. When you are tired, you make mistakes. Make sure ALL four posts are completely level and make sure everything is square, otherwise the roof panels will NEVER fasten down correctly. Most important keep tract of all your screws, nuts, bolts. Today is day 5, and the roof is on, but the top 3 pieces need to be adjusted. We ran short on several Screws and nuts which means a trip to the hardware. If you can enlist the help of 3 or 4 more persons and have a cooler full of cold drinks, then I am sure YOU can have your pergola up completely on a Saturday or Sunday. As soon as it's complete, I plan to run electricity from my Bar-B-Q area. I have put solar lights up on both ends. I have the interior lighting, which is a string of lights, and I have two Porch Lanterns that I will attach to the front post facing the house. This unit was a good investment, and I hope to convert my backyard into a park-like setting. Wild flowers, Special dwarf evergreen grass, Stone paths, Trees, and Cardboard Palms around the pergola. I can envision it, and I will continue until my dream has been realized.
