I really love this purchase. After a lot of research I purchased the “silver” interior and “taupe” exterior color with two pumps. This hot tub is the best bang for your buck currently out there that I’ve found. The delivery did arrive 4 days later than originally estimated and had a drip from an interior pipe but Wayfair provided exceptional customer service and resolved the issue immediately. The hot tub provides wonderful relaxation and entertainment and has powerful jets. I hope it provides many many years of enjoyment. I’m a very happy customer.

WARNING- DO NOT BUY Several manufacturer flaws and the company is NOT backing up their work. Problems include valves sprayed over with foam so could not turn on jets, hairline crack in heating element that tripped electrical shut down, electrical fire of the main circuit board. I have reported to the Better Business Bureau because I do not feel safe with this hot tub sitting at my house after it ignited on fire so it is just sitting there and I am out 4000 apparently. Do not buy Cyanna Spas or Viking spas- they will not replace this even though it is obviously a lemon.

I love the tub! Not one scratch and it arrived 3 wks early. :-) Works great. The delivery could have been a little better. I had to assist the driver with getting the tub off the truck. He said he was told he would be able to move it by himself. Get everything set up ahead of time such as the platform get the tub in place then schedule the electrician to come out and hook up the installation of the 220 line. The tub adds a beautiful touch to the backyard. I only wish the temp was a little warmer to enjoy it more.

The hot tub took many months to arrive, but apparently that would have been the case at our local shops too. The price was exceptional for the features! It had a missing headrest, but the company was very responsive and is sending one ASAP. Overall, we love it, and it seems to have been worth the wait.
