5 years later it's still working like a champ!

I wish I could give this like 4.8 stars. It seems to be a great tub (3 weeks in), but the only minor complaint we have is with the control button. There's just one button to control everything, so you have to push it a few times to navigate to the up or down temp settings. We have this on a vacation rental, so we wish it had simple up and down temp buttons for ease of use, but other than that it's great!

We love our hot tub! We purchased it at a wonderful price when it went on sale. It took 8 weeks to get it but it was worth the wait. We filled it and at the time the temperature was 57 degrees it took 6 hours to reach 102. We live in Michigan and it’s fall temperature around 60. The jets are wonderful and I love the different color lights. We got the mahogany with mahogany top. I love all the different setting options and find it extremely comfortable. We will be getting lots of use out of this. I highly recommend.

The hot tub works and all, but the bottom plastic were a little separated from the sides, and the control thing was missing it’s face sticker so you don’t know what buttons are what.

This hot tub really surpassed my expectations. I did months of research on affordable tubs all over the place, and I’m really happy I settled on Wayfair and Cyanna Valley Spas. I’m still shocked at the value of this tub for the price. I got all of the major features I wanted: full foam insulation, a lounge, at least 5 person capacity, RGB LED lighting (and a lot at that), ozonator, waterfall, a good amount of various jets, and a strong pump and heater. It took a little longer than the initial estimated delivery date, but Wayfair was absolutely great and the delivery team showed up exactly on-time once it was scheduled and even dropped the tub right next to my garage door without me even asking them. Great buy. Highly recommended.
