Let me preface this by the customer service was phenomenal and absolutely appreciate everything they did. We got one chair as a reading chair for our new deck. I knew the cushions would be very blue and I would have to find new ones or recover these. But the chair said "Color: black" and on my tiny phone screen the rattan looks black. It is not black, the rattan is grey. Upon delivery the box was extremely damaged. Two massive holes and a number of large dents. Not to mention it was very wet. When I opened the box I could see that the rattan had unraveled in some places. I was also missing the plastic bolt end caps. I contacted CS and they forwarded me to the manufacturer. They were unable to figure out if the rattan was structural, so after a little back and forth the manufacturer sent me another chair. The second chair was worse than the first. Missing the assembly pack completely and the cushions smell like gasoline. I was able to get one chair out of both packs. Building it was another issue. The rattan in some places covered the bolt holes, so we had to force those out of the way before attaching. The bottom legs part on both chairs was not even and it rocks. Usually I don't mind like a "discounted dent and scratch" situation but the whole experience was kind of miserable. I have one chair now and I don't even know if it was worth what I paid.

I could not put it together because one piece was missing and one was duplicate. Contact customer service and did not get any positive said they need to escalate my request so I could not use it but I already paid for it

This piece would and could easily be rated a 5* piece, except the instructions make this really confusing to put together. The bars are cut a little short causing me to have to force them to fit. The pillows that come with it are like fabric filled with air. As soon as you sit you just sink. Although there are some issues. Still a great piece to have on my porch.

I gave it a 4 star because while putting screws in I noticed spacing wasn’t the same all around and some screws were too long. All screws were mixed matched and all over the box when I opened it. It looked like someone just threw a whole mess of screws in a bag unsecured and called it a day. My only other complaint would be cushions are too firm, almost uncomfortable for sitting long period of time, going to replace them for something much softer and cozier. Overall I do like the chair, just wished it was more comfortable to sit on.

So it’s nice but a couple of things to note.. the cushion color is not the same as the online pictures at all. The pictures online are a deep blue. In person it’s more of a neon blue- not white what I was expecting unfortunately. The wicker is also lighter than the pictures. It is nice which is why I still gave it 4 stars
