The arch is BENT! I’ve had to return the first one because it was bent and had a replacement. The replacement is also bent! Unbelievable. What a waste of my time and energy. Save the trouble and just take my word for it. It’s been such a hassle with calling emailing Wayfair for the return. Having to take photos. Lugging the heavy large boxes back and forth around the house so fedex can pickup the damaged products. Wayfair has been pretty unhelpful. They offered nothing when I asked if they could do anything for all the trouble. Returning the replacement as well since it’s horribly bent and just getting a refund. Waste of time!

Although I like the look of this arbour, some of the pieces were bent and scratched. The packaging was insufficient for shipping such a large and heavy structure
