Good quality but beware there are two types of this awning. One has a 90 degree bend for installation. The other is flat and has to be attached to an upper overhang on your property.

Lost in translation. I ordered two same clear plexiglass kits, the first one arrived good and same as ordered, but the second kit arrived different. I called to return and exchange the items and was told to keep the wrong item, in a week or two I received a replacement kit but it come identical wrong as the second wrong item. Despite describing what was wrong and supplied pictures. The correct first order was plexiglass that had 9” degree bend where it attaches to wall with bolts, the second and the replacement kit arrived flat and no 90 degree bend so attaching it to wall is impossible. No I have to figure out hot to heat it up to 160 degrees and bend it myself which will be a major pain but I give up dealing with returns and exchanges.
