Very disappointed the description said open box no damage in new condition. As you can see from the pictures, the heart is deformed. The chin is deformed the neck is marked up. This is not returnable. Interestingly enough I had purchased this brand new and sent it back because it was defective, they didn’t have any more new ones so I read about the open box one, and I got the same one back that I returned as defective! I do not recommend any open boxes from Wayfair.

I am very pleased with my purchase. It far exceeds my expectations. It is solid and has a great coating on it. I would gladly recommend it!!

The workmanship is remarkable. I just wish it were larger.
