I think they will make a great gift

The cranes are just what we wanted for our new fountain!! They look better "in person" than their description!! I am very pleased. I also appreciate that the packing material was contained so that it didn't fly all over the place when I opened them.... Thanks for a good experience! MGH

There is a major problem within your warehouse/inventory control system. Three times now you folks have sent me a small when I ordered the medium. I rejected the last delivery as it was obviously another delivery of the small variety judging by the size of the shipping carton which would not fit the medium version. The last three, incorrect, shipments were all shipped in cartons measuring approximately 30.375" long. With similar packaging, the medium version of the item I ordered would not fit in a box of that length. I quick warehouse check for a medium order would be a length check of the shipping carton of at least 36" long.

These cranes are standing in a dry creek bed in my woodland garden. They are good quality, look as described, and are plumbed to be used as water spouting fountains! I have ordered bronze garden sculptures from Toscano before and they stay out all winter and still look perfect. The only negative comment is that the cranes would have been easier to secure in the ground had there been spikes/stakes attached to their webbed feet! But, they do stand okay with a couple of rocks over their feet. I found one blown over (or maybe a crow landed on one to take a closer look?) and so a little concerned about damage from falling over.
