It arrived DAMAGED. I was so looking forward to this dolphin statue, but it has a cracked nose—and it’s not a subtle amount of damage—it’s unacceptable. I immediately called customer service to report the damage and get instructions for returning it. They make you download an app and create an account on a site I’ve never heard of. The app did not work, and after 30 minutes of troubleshooting with the rep. he said someone will call me back…but I’ve heard nothing yet. I’m very frustrated! Returns should not be this difficult. It’s a very large box and I’m wondering what hoops they are going to make me jump through to ship it back and get a refund. This is VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have purchased many things from Wayfair, but this is the first time I’ve had to do a return. Are they all like this? If so, I will never shop Wayfair again.

I rate it a nine out of 10 perfect size looks great great color Could be a little bit heavier also could have done something with the eyes to make it more realistic
